These terms govern your use of Golf the Globe. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Golf the Globe. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we may close it. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use — please don't share your login with others.
Free and Pro plans
Golf the Globe offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Pro subscriptions may include a free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing starts automatically at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel or change your plan any time from your Profile page. Cancelling stops future billing, and access to Pro features continues until the end of your current billing period; we don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the rounds, photos, videos, forum posts, and other content you upload. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you and, where relevant (forum posts, public profiles, leaderboards), to other users of the service. You're responsible for what you post — don't upload anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Play fair, on and off the course. Don't use Golf the Globe to harass other users, post spam or malicious content, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AI Coach
AI Coach analyses are generated automatically and are intended as informal, general suggestions — not professional coaching advice. Use your own judgement before making changes based on them.
Service availability
We aim to keep Golf the Globe running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may need to change or discontinue features from time to time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continuing to use Golf the Globe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
